SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING ESTIMATE​

All products have shipping estimates displayed on each product page. Orders are received within 8-10 business days after purchase.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Asia Shanice Hair does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final sale.

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong length, texture, or style. Please double check your selections before completing your purchase.

 

 

Order Accuracy

 

 

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly work with you to correct the issue.

 

 

Product Condition

 

 

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Bundles must remain unopened and in original packaging for any issues to be considered. We do not accept products that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way.
