BOOKING POLICY

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to book and goes towards your service. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or card at the conclusion of your appointment.

TARDINESS

There is a ten-minute grace period which will result in cancellation if exceeded.

 

No-show will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance of the service.

GUESTS

No guests are permitted unless the client is under 18.

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your appointment, you may do so up until 24 hours before your scheduled service via the original confirmation email you received. 

HAIR DROP OFF

 

IF RECIEVING CUSTOM COLOR TO YOUR WIG, OR BUNDLES, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING IN, OR SHIP YOUR BUNDLES. THIS MAY BE DONE FROM THE TIME YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, UP UNTIL 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

SHIPPING POLICY

WIGS

All wigs are shipped customized and ready to wear. Please leave a note a checkout detailing whether you would like a middle, left, or right side part. Also detail if you would like baby hair, or no baby hair.

All units are received within 7 business days after purchasing.

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

BUNDLES/CLOSURES

All bundles, frontals and closures are shipped within 3 business days after your purchase. Pleas expect to receive your items within 5 business days.

HAIR APPOINTMENT

If you would like to schedule a hair appointment, you MUST purchase your wig/ bundles and closure at least 5 business days before you set a hair appointment. If scheduling an appointment with Asia Shanice Hair, there is an hair appointment option at checkout to avoid shipping fees.

IF YOUR ORDER IS RUNNING LATE, PLEASE EXPECT TO RECEIVE A NOTICE INFORMING YOU OF AN UPDATED ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Asia Shanice Hair does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  • IN RARE CASES, IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, YOUR ORDER IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

Cancellation Policy
  • You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Please send an email to info@asiashanicehair.com with the name on your order as well as your order number. If received within 24 hours your order is eligible for cancellation.
