Are clients required to bring in hair before appointments?
No, all customization is done during your appointment. Clients must only drop off hair if receiving custom color to their wig, or bundles.
Are coloring services offered?
Coloring services are offered for hair extensions and wigs only. You may add on color while booking your appointment and send an email to info@asiashanicehair.com with details for your desired color.
Are clients required to purchase extensions from Asia Shanice Hair for scheduled appointments?
Purchasing extensions from Asia Shanice Hair for your scheduled service is not required, although recommended. If purchasing from Asia Shanice Hair, you must place your order five business days in advance of your appointment. Please choose "hair appointment/pickup" at checkout to waive shipping fees and your hair will be ready for you once you arrive to your appointment.
How many bundles are needed for a sew-in?
2-4 bundles are needed for a sew-in depending on type and preference.
For a traditional leave out sew-in, three bundles are recommended. If using bundles 26 inches or longer, four bundles are recommended.
For a versatile, curly sew-in 2 bundles are recommended.
The above bundle counts are only recommendations, please choose at your own discretion.
May my hair be texture matched for a curly sew-in?
Yes, if you would like to texture match for a curly sew-in you may book a shampoo/blow dry or a wash and go service so that your hair may be properly matched while wet.
May I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
All appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up until 24 hours before your appointment bia he original confirmation email. If you would like to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, please send an email to info@asiashanicehair.com with details of cancellation and if you wish to reschedule, you may find a date and time that bests suits you and reschedule online.

All bundles are qty of 1. If you would like to purchase three bundles, please change your qty to 3.
Are squeeze in appointments offered?
Unfortunately, no. All appointment availability is posted online. If there are any cancellations, it will be updated and reflect immediately on the booking site.
